Jason’s expertise is supported by his qualifications in health and safety, NEBOSH certification, and his role as an SIA trainer, where he passes on his industry knowledge and expertise to future security professionals.

Jake Clark brings nearly 20 years of comprehensive experience in the security sector, distinguished by a strong track record of leadership and incident management. As an ex-prison officer, Jake received numerous commendations and awards from the prison service for his exceptional handling of major incidents. Also, from the police during his tenure as Security Manager. His expertise is further demonstrated through acting as Silver Commander, showcasing his ability to lead under intensepressure and coordinate multi-agency responses effectively.

He has worked across diverse environments, specialising in the night-time economy (NTE), where he managed one of the North of England’s busiest venues as a security manager, overseeing high-incident situations with professionalism. Jake’s international experience adds further depth to his understanding of security challenges on a global scale. His background also includes supervising medium to large-scale festivals and events, developing robust relationships with law enforcement and emergency services, and managing teams of over 500 personnel.

A former professional boxer and amateur strength athlete, Jake embodies resilience, discipline, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. He is highly organised and meticulous when it comes to operations and logistics, excelling at fault-finding, process innovation, and streamlining complex workflows to ensure seamless delivery. His attention to detail and strategic mindset have earned him commendations from several police constabularies across the UK, further cementing his reputation for reliability and effectiveness.

Throughout her career, she has held supervisory and managerial roles, demonstrating a proven ability to manage large teams effectively—supervising over 200 personnel at various times. Her exemplary managerial skills are complemented by her attention to detail and a keen eye for operational efficiency, ensuring that every aspect of office and team management runs smoothly and to the highest standards.
